There are tons of artists in Hong Kong. However, there are no places for artists. Expensive rents for flats / workshops force them to migrate and migrate and migrate... Finally, they work out a group of abandoned places in the city: Fotan, a place that was one of the group of industrial factories in Hong Kong.
